Dilli SAAGA is a new initiative in Delhi, and it is the beginning of a great thing!
Begun by Ranjini Manian of Global Adjustments (also the creator of Culturama), along with Payal Singh from AGS Four Winds, and other amazing women, Dilli Saaga exists to show pride in their country, and educate those they temporarily adopt about the amazing things India has to offer, give information about living in Delhi, and unravel the nuances of Indian rituals and their rationale -- all wrapped up in a neat little colorful bow via live events and mentorship.
Their first event was timed nicely with Holi and we gathered to learn all about the cultural meanings of the celebration, and even sampled some customary treats!
The most recent Dilli Saaga event was a "Lucky Stars" theme and it was very well attended!
